The main element of security link is guard division. Security link believes that it takes time to develop quality among members of guard post. Here quality means right character attributes, right behavior pattern and necessary competent to apply acquired knowledge by every member of guard post while performing the duty. For better supervision of guard post security link usually maintain at least 2 layers of Hierarchy at ground level. Security link emphasis on correct span of control, unity of direction and division of labor. From HQ, daily, weekly and monthly supervision is arranged as per plan. To develop competent among members of field post, we remain careful while selecting, training, assessing and supervising each and every member of field post. We have a unique assessment system which is made to ensure the quality of guards, promotion and it is done in a regular basis once in every six months.
